"RABANADAS" RECEIPY

RABANADAS CHRISTMAS SWEET, IS VERY OLD....ANYWAY, I DON'T KNOW WHERE THE NAME COMES FROM, BUT IN MY OPNION RABANADAS MEANS "GREAT STRONG WINDS", WHICH BASICALLY MEANS, GREAT SPLASH ON THE FACE.....;))

YOU BUY A BREAD CALLED "STICK" BECAUSE THIS RECEIPY OF MINE IS VERY MODERN BUT IT LOOKS VERY OLD, BECAUSE OF THE LOOKS OF THIS SPECIFIC BREAD. YOU HAVE TO LET IT BE FOR ONE DAY...SO IT GETS DRY.
TNAH YOU CUT IT INTO PIECES AND DIVE THEM INTO HOT MILK....TEPID.
THAN YOU BEAT THE WHITE PART OF THE EGGS AND KEEP IT.
THAN WITH THE YELLOW PART OF THE EGGS YOU MAKE A CREAM.
YOU MIX THE EGGS, WITH PARTS OF MILK, A LOT SUGAR, BUTTER AND SOME POWDER (BECAUSE THE REAL CREAM IS DIFFICULT TO WORK OUT).
THAN YOU FRIE THE BREAD ON OIL WHICH YOU ARE BARING WITH THE WHITE BEATED PART OF THE EGGS.
THAN YOU PUT THE BREAD TAKEN THE EXTRA OIL.
THAN YOU PUT THE BREAD IN A NICE PLATE AND BAR IT WITH THE EGGS CREAM.
THAN YOU SPREAD CANELA OVER IT.

SO IT LOOKS VERY OLD CHRISTAMS SWEET BUT ON THE CONTRARY ITS VERY MODERN.

MAKES LOTS AND LOTS AND LOTS AND LOTS OF SUCESS......
